2 - Initial Login User Name and Password

  • Username: EHR username followed by @columbia-stmarys.org
  • Password: same as current EHR password
    • (If your EHR username is tbrown, your PerfectServe user name is tbrown@columbia-stmarys.org - please note this is NOT an email address)
    • For convenience, you will be able to set up a PIN # for access subsequent to initial login.

2016 Improvements

Since the initial rollout of PerfectServe DocLink in March, 2015, the following enhancements have been made:

  • Access now available for all members of the medical staff.
  • Easy to remember username and password.
  • Contact lists are complete and up to date.
  • Messages are viewable in "texting' format (unlike previous design that was similar to email).

About PerfectServe

PerfectServe is a private, provider-to-provider collaboration service that allows you to quickly and easily connect with your colleagues via HIPAA-secure real-time calls and text messages.  It also provides a secure method for sharing clinical photos.

  4. Caller-ID privacy with patients. When a physician returns patient calls through PerfectServe, his office number, not a personal mobile number, appears as the caller ID. Additionally, PerfectServe overcomes anonymous-caller ID block.
