Cerner Remote Access Options


In order to access the EHR remotely, you must be a registered user of the EHR.  Assistance with obtaining an EHR account can be found on the Computer and Applications Access page.

When attempting to access Cerner, FetaLink or other application on a personal device, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in here:
  2. Complete two-factor authentication utilizing DUO MFA.

    2. For any issues with access please contact the Ascension Technology Service Desk at 1-877-635-0509
  3. Click on “CSM Desktop”.
  4. Launch “EHR” and “PowerChart”.
  5. FetaLink will open via this method.
